Employee Highlight: Paul Aplin

We would like to highlight one of Scott + Reid’s original team members, Paul Aplin. Aside from Chris and Brad, Paul has been with us since the beginning and instrumental in our success over the last 27 years. Paul is a Senior Superintendent for our New Construction team and has led construction efforts on many high-profile projects in addition to mentoring many superintendents. 

 

A few fun facts about Paul:

What is the best project you’ve been involved with at Scott +Reid and why?

Independence Medical Village. It was a good collaborative effort between the owners, architects, engineers and us. It went so well, we built another similar facility for the owner in McKinney.

 

At what store would you like to max-out your credit card?

Bass Pro Shops.

 

What single object represents you or something you love to do?

My boat.

 

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?

Italy.
