Groundbreaking of Veritex Frisco – Scott + Reid and Cawley Partners

 
Scott + Reid and Cawley Partners proudly announce the development of Veritex Frisco, a 40,000-square-foot multi-tenant office facility led by Veritex Community Bank. Veritex Frisco is located in the rapidly growing city of Frisco, Texas. Its premier location is steps away from the PGA Headquarters, the dynamic Fields North development, and the new Omni PGA Frisco resort. We are honored to be the general contractor for the project and it was exciting to break ground on the development last week.

Slated for completion in early 2026, Veritex Frisco aims to redefine corporate spaces with its open design and superior amenities intended to enhance productivity, health, and interpersonal connection – with spaces overlooking the new PGA golf course. Veritex Frisco will also include a Veritex Community Bank branch, a tenant-exclusive boardroom, modern training rooms, and an advanced golf simulator, offering a blend of professional and recreational benefits.

 

 
Additionally, there will be two putting areas, one on the ground level and one on the top amenity deck, providing casual recreation spots. These amenities celebrate the local golf culture while fostering a lively, interactive workplace environment.
