Houston Humane Society 42nd Annual Fun Run and Walk
As a strong supporter of the Houston Humane Society, Scott + Reid was a proud sponsor of the 42nd Annual K9 Fun Run + Walk on June 15th! It was a day of fun for the whole family – including furry family members. The event featured a 1.4K Fun Run & Dog Walk, carnival, food trucks, a vendor village, costume contest, performances, and much more!
It was amazing to spend time at our booth with coworkers (and meet so many new faces), see all of the dogs in costume, and enjoy beautiful Mason Park. The K9 Fun Run + Walk is the oldest organized dog walk in Houston and is the Houston Humane Society’s biggest event of the year- raising funds to save the lives of animals in need.
The Houston Humane Society is dedicated to, and working towards, ending cruelty, abuse and the overpopulation of animals while providing the highest quality of life to those brought to them for care. They have dogs, cats, horses, and an assortment of other animals ready to be adopted into their new forever homes.
