Scott + Reid is contracted by building ownership at Lincoln Centre, a four-building complex situated on 33 acres and offering over 1.6 million square feet of office space, to execute multiple capital improvement projects throughout the site.
Several new amenities are being added for building tenants, including a fitness center, food hall, several patios, a tenant lounge, and wine bar. To provide a beautiful space for people to eat lunch, take a walk, and enjoy a break from the day, the project team is creating a large park outside of the food hall. Initial work includes the infill of an existing 35,000-square-foot pond to provide additional green space for exterior features. Once complete, the new space will consist of new landscaping, a firepit, hardscape, trellis, wayfinding, and a water feature.
Additional project scope includes renovations and upgrades to the various building lobbies, conference centers, restrooms, and elevator cabs. Rework of the front promenade will provide an impressive view upon arrival. Once completed, it will feature new pavers with in-ground lighting, pre-cast concrete planters with lush landscaping, as well as a new canopy structure and entrance vestibule.
Scott + Reid worked closely with building management to limit disruption to tenants while working in high traffic areas. Extreme care was taken to ensure project sites were clean and safety risks were mitigated.
In addition to the capital improvement work, Scott + Reid has performed multiple tenant buildouts, including spaces for Entos Design, ING, Hallmark Financial, and The Lofts at Lincoln Centre.
