The Crescent Ft. Worth Wins Best New Mixed-Use Project
Scott + Reid is proud to announce that The Crescent – Fort Worth has won Best New Mixed-Use Project in D CEO’s 2024 Commercial Real Estate Awards. This development features 170 luxury residential units, a 160,000-square-foot Class A office building, a 26,000-square-foot Canyon Ranch Wellness Club, and a 200-key Crescent Hotel.
According to D Magazine, the offices were 90% leased upon ribbon cutting with additional office opportunities expected by 2026. We’ve been proud to bring this project together for our client and are looking forward to our continued work on the development. Read more in D Magazine.
