The Wilcox Project Wins Best Renovation – Rehabilitation – Restoration Award

The Wilcox, a Scott + Reid project in Tyler, Texas, won an award for “Best Renovation/Rehabilitation/Restoration” in 2024 from Heart of Tyler. Heart of Tyler Inc., Tyler’s sole 501c3 organization dedicated to the revitalization of the downtown district, gathered for its annual meeting to celebrate the organization’s success in 2024 and honor those who have made significant contributions to the downtown area and the future of Tyler, TX. This particular award recognizes excellence in the renovation or restoration of existing buildings.

The Wilcox/NORF award was accepted by Ilse Falk Stough, Director of Development for NORF Companies – recognizing the exceptional work in preserving and revitalizing the historic property. We’ve shared a few of our before and after photos to see the historic preservation and transformation.
